The quality of the shirts and final prints are average. The design phase of the project was disappointing and the shirts had to be reprinted so the lettering could be seen. White letters on lime green shirts should have been questioned before they were printed. Winks Design Studio did make it right and reprinted the shirts to meet our expectations. For a company in the design business, improvements are needed to make sure the final product meets the intended purpose of the customer.

For this project, we presented multiple design colors and lettering options in the initial round of mockups. The final selections, including the choice of a more budget-friendly shirt rather than our in-house brand shirt, were made by you to meet your budgetary goals. The white lettering on the lime green shirts was also included in the approved mockup.
While we offered recommendations throughout the process, we respect and follow the final choices made by our clients. Once you shared that the lettering wasn’t as visible as you had hoped, we immediately offered to reprint the shirts to meet your expectations. We’re glad we could make things right in the end and appreciate your communication throughout the process.
