I ordered two t-shirts (one long-sleeved and one short-sleeved) with a custom logo. The white short-sleeved shirt is nice and soft, but very see-through. I will have to wear a tank top or something underneath it. The black long-sleeved shirt is fantastic. The fit is nice, and the material is soft and of good quality. They are both true to size. I recommend sending an email to people who make an order to let them know the order was received with a timeline setting expectations for a customer. I made the order and didn't hear for a week, so I had to send an email checking on the status. If you send us an email stating something like "Thank you for your order. It typically takes XX days to process and create your item(s) before shipping." Then, we would have a better understanding of when to look for an order. It will help with the unknowing. Connection like that provide a positive connection and feeling from a customer perspective. Thanks!
