At Winks Design Studio, every product is hand-drawn, handcrafted, and made with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges when possible.
Returns:
We offer a 10-day return period for all non-custom products. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Please note that custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences don’t work out as expected. If you ordered the wrong size or wish to make an exchange, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the item has not been worn, cleaned, or altered.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out within the same 10-day window so we can assist with an exchange or store credit.
Please note: Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Winks Design Studio. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us securely.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
To begin a return or exchange, email support@winksdesignstudio.com with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Description of your exchange or issue (photos are helpful, if applicable)
Our team will provide next steps and return shipping details.
Custom Orders:
Because each custom design is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Issues
Winks Design Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, but we’re happy to assist in guiding you through a claim with the shipping provider if necessary.
