To keep your items looking their best, please follow the care guidelines below.

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies & Fabric Items)

• Turn inside out before washing
• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry for best results
• Do not iron directly on the design

Engraved Items (Wood, Metal & Jewelry)

• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials
• Keep dry to prevent damage or discoloration
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

Drinkware (Cups, Tumblers & Mugs)

• Hand wash recommended to preserve the design
• Do not soak for extended periods
• Not microwave or dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated

Every order at Winks Design Studio is made with care and processed in the order it is received.

Processing Times

Processing time depends on the product type:

• Apparel (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies): 3–5 business days
• Jewelry, Bags, Stickers, Phone Cases: 1–3 business days
• Tumblers & Mugs: 3–5 business days
• Hand Painted Items: 3–5 business days
• Custom Logo Gear & Digital Art: 2–3 weeks

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Policy:

At Winks Design Studio, every product is hand-drawn, handcrafted, and made with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we are happy to help with returns or exchanges when possible.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return window for all non-custom products. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be considered, though our standard return window is 10 days from delivery. To be eligible, return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please note that team page, custom, or personalized products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences do not work out as expected. If you ordered the wrong size or wish to make an exchange, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the item has not been worn, cleaned, or altered.

If your item has a damaged or defective manufacturing issue, please reach out within the same 10-day window so we can assist with an exchange or store credit.

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Winks Design Studio. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us securely and for any return shipping fee. We do offer in-store returns with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, email support@winksdesignstudio.com with your order number, full name, and a description of the exchange or issue. Photos are helpful if applicable. Our team will provide next steps, return shipping details, and confirm when your refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Custom Orders

Because each custom design is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Issues

Winks Design Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, but we are happy to assist in guiding you through a claim with the shipping provider if necessary.
