Send us a front facing, high resolution picture of your pet(s) through our Contact Us Page. (Please make sure that it is a clear shot of your pets face with nothing in their mouth.)

We will complete your drawing and submit it back to you for approval. We are happy to work with the drawing to make sure that it is an perfect representation of your pet. You will receive 2 revisions.

Once you have approved your design, we will send you a .PNG file with transparent background and a .jpeg file that represents the exact picture we received.

▶️ PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES • All items need time to process. Please refer to the listing for the most up to date processing time for each product. • We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by the shipping provider. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly and are there to receive your package.

• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry for best results
• Do not iron directly on the design

Engraved Items (Wood, Metal & Jewelry)

• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials
• Keep dry to prevent damage or discoloration
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

Drinkware (Cups, Tumblers & Mugs)

• Hand wash recommended to preserve the design
• Do not soak for extended periods
• Not microwave or dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated

Processing Times

Processing time depends on the product type:

• Apparel (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies): 3–5 business days
• Jewelry, Bags, Stickers, Phone Cases: 1–3 business days
• Tumblers & Mugs: 3–5 business days
• Hand Painted Items: 3–5 business days
• Custom Logo Gear & Digital Art: 2–3 weeks

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination.
